Flat Pack Units

We make and distribute our own range of ready to assemble kitchen and laundry units manufactured from Australian made HMR White Melamine board, edged in durable 1mm PVC edging. All units are individually packaged and come with timber dowels, screws and simple instructions. We drill our units ready for click on hinges and plastic adjustable feet which make it easy to level up your units and give you a professional finish. • Remember all cabinets come unfinished with visible screws from the outside. You will need to allow for end panels, usually in the same material/colour as your doors, to be fitted on all seen ends.
• Allboard Distributors provide all fixings and shelf supports to assemble each cabinet; however adjustable feet, hinges, handles, wall fixing screws, glue and any other hardware item you require is available to purchase separately in store.
• Allow space for an infill panel where any cabinet finishes against a wall.
• Typically bench tops overhang the end of a cabinet by 20mm past your end panel. Standard bench top width is 600mm.
• Standard end panel sizes are 870x580mm for base cabinets, 720x320mm for wall cabinets, 2230x600mm for pantry and fridge panels and 2080x600mm for pantry ends finishing above a kicker.
• Standard kicker height is 147mm as cabinets sit 150mm off the ground. Note also that kickers are set back 35mm from the front of your cabinet.
• It is important to check your building regulations for hot plate and range hood placement.
